initials of person who handled the policy/policies? Or of some client? Strange that only first letter is cap. imho, when a source language native is stumped by the source language, maybe could be the right time to ask the client? agree it's unfindable

Questionable The abbreviation is not handwritten, so I'm doubtful as to whether it's a typo. Furthermore, I've got several docs with the same top section in each of which this abbreviation appears as stated above. I might have to resort to approaching the client and/or an insurance company to get some explanation, cuz this boy's stumped. :-(

Howdy! No chance there, Kate. I've already done multiple searches on google and come up with nada. It's purely an auto insurance document from a Dutch insurance company. Odd thing is, it's the first time I've seen this type of formatting. It's reminds me of an internal doc that's been printed out and added to the cover letter (which is not of the best quality English, but that's another story;-)

Is the text Belgian Robert? If so it could be the Belgische Werkliedenpartij (BWP) and a form of insurance arranged for the party.
