Wij doen dit altijd bezien vanuit het snijvlak mens/strategie, door de strategie van een organisatie tegenover haar menselijk potentieel te plaatsen en zo de eventuele discrepanties bloot te leggen.

You could say 'human/strategy interface' but often you will find just 'human interface' and the other 'partner' in the interface is implied from the context.

agree Deborah do Carmo : interface is nice option and since it's a point where by definition two things meet and interact, the other can often be implied - here though as it's their explicit policy, I'd mention both
