Na googelen kom ik op: Gone into receivership.
Klopt dat? Dekt dat de lading helemaal of is er nog een andere term voor?

@Albert: Two uses of onder curatele stellen The use given in this answer is the meaning which applies in bankruptcy where a legal or natural person is put under legal restraint or placed in receivership but there is another meaning of onder curatele stellen which is used when someone is made a ward of court, i.e. assigned a guardian to supervise their affairs. A ward of court can be an infant or minor or someone who is legally incompetent. These two meanings of onder curatele stellen are supported inter alia by Van Dale.

onbekwaamverklaring vs onder curatele When a person becomes mentally incapacitated in NL or BE he/she may become subject to an onbekwaamverklaring. A "voorlopige bewindvoerder" will be appointed to look after his/her goods.
A person who loses control of his affairs prior to bankruptcy may be placed "onder curatele" or subject to "onderbewindstelling". Both terms are used with virtually the same meaning apparently.

Under the Court of Protection Just for the record concerning this term in a different context: The term onder curatele gesteld would need to be translated as "placed under the Court of Protection" in the UK if the matter concerns a person incapable of handling their own affairs, e.g. for reasons of mental incapacity.

placed into receivership Given that we are talking about a bankruptcy ('een bedrijf wat bijna failliet is en onder curatele wordt gesteld'), I would translate it as 'receivership.'
'To be under legal restraint' is more general.

Basically, I would need to know whether we are talking about a bankruptcy (of a company or organization) here, or for example a child, certified lunatic (etc.), who is being placed 'onder' the 'curatele' ...

De context is een bedrijf wat bijna failliet is en onder curatele wordt gesteld. Dus niet de certified lunatic die onder curatele wordt gesteld. :-) Mijn hartelijke dank voor dit snelle antwoord.
