Dutch term

afstudeerbedrijf

Dutch to English Other Education / Pedagogy Higher education
I am translating a website for a Dutch Hogeschool for tourism. The terms 'afstudeerbedrijf' as well as 'stagebedrijf' are used, not interchangeably. I'm assuming that the afstudeerbedrijf is the company/organisation used as the subject of the final thesis. Can anyone confirm this, and does anyone have a succinct translation?

TIA

The company is not always the subject of the project but where the project is conducted.
