summer house landlord / vacation property landlord
This is what I would suggest. Vacation property is commonly used in the US, although it is a little vague, as it could also refer to timeshare property.

I would go with vacation home landlord. If it's for the UK, use holiday in lieu of vacation. Here are some links:

Note from asker:
thx. I actually wrote "vacation home landlord" in a text, but the customer complained and I was trying to figure out if I was totally off... |

: Also: summer house letter (BE). Vacation = AE/Am. Eng. such as US and Can. The client may either be BE/Brit. Eng.-oriented or be suggesting the house is used not only for vacations i.e. holidays.

gite landlord
Gite is, of course, a French term, but it is a universal term and usually not translated. Vacation home is an alternative.
