Når lyden passerer ganespejlet, kan dette være hævet eller sænket.
Anatomical term for a book. The book is about communication skills and this part is regarding the production of sound from the movement of air from the lungs to the outside World. This is a very specific anatomical structure that I have been unable to find a precise name for. I wonder if it is the uvula?

Welcome to KudoZ!
The uvula is normally called the drøbel in Danish.
I am almost certain that ganespejl (definite form ganespejlet) is an alternative, but not strictly correct form of ganesejl.
Admittedly it is used by reputable people like Kræftens Bekæmpelse
http://www.cancer.dk/strubekraeft-larynxcancer/biologi-strub...
and
Netpatient
http://www.netpatient.dk/Snorken.htm
But the description fits well with ganesejl, which you can find in Gyldendals
In Medicinsk ordbogen ganesejl is translated as:
soft palate
the fleshy, flexible part towards the back of the roof of the mouth
Other sections also give velum
