Part of the legislation states:..
Det fremgår videre, at kosmetiske ydelser, der ikke er lægeforbeholdt virksomhed ikke er at betragte som markedsføring af sundhedsfaglig virksomhed, da virksomhed ikke tager sigte på at forbedre en patients sundhedstilstand.
Does it mean 'prescribed', i.e. necessary to improve someone's health, or something similar?
