This is what I normally use for this quite common phrase in connection with separate property (it is frequently used in wills).

: "Skilsmissesæreje" and "separate property" are not synonyms! There are a number of seperate property regimes in Denmark: complete separation of property, separation of property in case of separation or divorce (skilsmissesæreje), separation of property

Ok. It does depend on the context and would have to be adjusted, but in the context of a will 'of...' would be followed by the name of the beneficiary, which means that in case of a divorce it would remain his/her property.
