This phrase is taken from a letter written in 1936, in which the writer reports: "Min Mand har købt en lille Ejendom med 5 Beboelser, 2 udlejede Lokaler og en lang Fabriksbygning til sig selv..." So far, I've translated this as: "My husband has bought a little property with 5 dwellings, 2 rental ******* and a long factory building for himself..." Any suggestions how to translate "Lokaler" in this context?
