picked goods
Mayby the Danish "plukke" is a bad translation of "pick" from English.
It seems to be a certain skill to pick goods see http://www.ocr.org.uk/Data/publications/units/NVQ_Warehousin...

loose goods
I had never heard this expression before but I think it could refer to loose goods. See link below.

"pluk" comes from "udpluk" which means a selection of something

You're right that eg. the term "plukkearbejde" is used in relation to the manual work in a warehouse in relation to organising and finding goods. Is it in the context of a warehouses here? In the short example sentence you gave it simply gave me the impression that "plukvarer" here is as opposed to "pallevarer" - i.e. loose goods as opposed to pallet goods, but I am not sure.

Example sentence:
Hvis du selv sammensætter en kasse med løse varer ( plukvarer) fra Sartorvet.com, koster det 25,00 kr. i ekspeditionsgebyr
Note from asker:
Yeah, could be... I've seen the term before in connection with warehouses, but I don't remember figuring out a good translation back then either... I understand it as goods that have to be taken off shelves in a warehouse to fulfill a specific order, but I'm not certain about that... |
