On-site fuel tank
I can't honestly call one a direct translation of the other, but the meaning is the same. To check, look up images of both.

Of course, depending on the size of the aerodrome, you may have a 500-litre tank or a 50000-litre one, but normally it would be sized for a local stock of fuel with a medium turnover time (that is, roughly several days' to month's worth of fuel, depending on how remote the aerdrome is).

Alternatively, if you need to emphasize its mobility, it would be a 'transportable fuel tank'.
