Czech to English Law/Patents Law (general) contract

Hello there,

Hope someone can help me with this... In an agreement about provision of a company car, they give the following list of specifications about the car:

druh a typ vozidla:

evidencne cislo:

cislo motora:

cislo karoserie:

***vstupni cena na ucely stanoveni nepenezniho plneni***:

I suppose the "na ucely stanoveni nepenezniho plneni" means that they are setting what value to attribute as payment in kind, but am not certain about the vstupni cena and the whole phrase really... Can someone please shed some light?
