My text says 'výhradní nerost', but I'm not sure whether it should be 'vyhrazený'
Zjistí-li se vyhrazený nerost v množství a jakosti, které umožňují důvodně očekávat jeho nahromadění, vydá Ministerstvo životního prostředí osvědčení o výhradním ložisku.
I presume this must be seams of coal/oil/diamonds/whatever, but I can't think what it is in English ...
