Žudr není jen komora umístěná v horní části přístavku k budově a používaná jako sýpka, nazývá se tak celý přístavek - takže záleží na vás jak detailně budete chtít stavbu popsat.

thx.
disagree Pavel Blann : this jerky answer is based on my link www.hrady.cz // no personal attack, this _definition_ is simply too jerky to be used as a _term_ // besides, I would like you to stop giving disagrees to other answers when you enter your answer. let others decide.

No, it is not - it is definition taken from glossary of architectural terms - and I independently found this pa´ge when looking for some picture. I could not show here the book. Besides, I would like you to stop your personal attacks.

or: Hanna farmhouse granary
Peer comment(s):

agree Elizabeth Spacilova : I would take it one step further, though, as it seems "zudr" is specific for Haná, see http://www.pametihodnosti.cz/slovnik/39/zudr.html

Thanks! Yes, žudr is specific for the Hanna region. So one step further could be "Hanna farmhouse granary", e.g.
disagree Sarka Rubkova : This explanation based on wikipedia incorrect description is misleading and your your term does not cover the meaning.I disaree with the answer beacause it is not correct.The asker may choose your answer but it will not make the term correct.

my succinct answer is based on www.hrady.cz , see above // my term (especially the "one step further" one) covers the meaning well enough so even native speakers can agree with it // again, let others decide. your answer could be a good footnote.

Podle Obrázků na Google.cz je jasné proč je žudr něco více než pouhý "porch".
Peer comment(s):

disagree Elizabeth Spacilova : one reason why not to believe everything the slovnik says

disagree Sarka Rubkova : sorry porch is something different.
