I do not know the term for "disuelve" in this context:
que se disuelva una comunidad de bienes legal en virtud de matrimonio o de una pareja de hecho registrada de la que formen parte las acciones, por causa distinta que el fallecimiento delaccionista;
que se disuelva una persona jurídica, una sociedad, una sociedad civil, una sociedad comanditaria o cualquier otra clase de sociedad que sea accionista
Thank you for any help.

dissolve/wind up a legal entity
Winding up and dissolution mean the same thing, only winding up is more commonly used in the UK.
I'd use dissolve for all cases here, as I think it works better with regard to the dissolution of community property.

Note from asker:
I thought that "entity" could only be used for enterprises or companies Robert. Thank you for your help. |

In principle, even a single-person company or partnership is a legal entity, though the term does not apply to a natural person (individual) (worth noting, because older editions of Black's seem to imply that it does).
(I got involved in this translation by accident, someone told me it was an easy text so I didn't look before accepting it and it is not easy nor is it my speciality and heaven help me!!! ha ha ha.....)
