not too heavy
Ajustado means "justo, recto" (DRAE). The idea is something that is restricted, kept within bounds. Applied to clothing or to deadlines it's "tight". Precio ajustado is a modest, reasonable or competitive price. So "peso ajustado", means that the weight should not be excessive; it should be as low as it reasonably can be. I think "not too heavy" is one natural way of expressing the idea.
