Me parece que SwissTell tiene toda la razón:
"This notification is provided for your information and other relevant purposes."
Usé "awareness" porque me suena mejor como equivalente de "para su conocimiento" y también para evitar la cacofonía de los dos "ation" seguidos, pero las comunicaciones de este tipo no suelen considerar detallitos como los que me enseñaron en mis cursos de redacción comercial :)

Hi Phil. In my own translations, I do leave out many sentences and sometimes redo the whole document. However, official (public sector) communications often need to be translated line by line, even indicating the presence of stamps and seals :)

I'd simply omit "y demás fines consiguientes". It's a waste of space/ink/time and provides no useful information.
