I need some help with this definition.
The following article was published in a recent issue of the British Journal of PsychiatryAlso. The phrase is the following:
"however, the same genetically influenced behaviour may serve as a risk factor for some outcomes but as a protective factor for others. For example, behavioural inhibition is a risk factor for anxiety disorders".

: Que yo sepa, la expresión tradicional en castellano es "inhibición conductual". "Comportamental" es un galicismo que no figura en el DRAE y que en la década pasada casi ni se usaba (recuerdo haber hecho una búsqueda en internet en 1996).

That is what I would say (but using accents which I don't have on this keyboard).

Es "del" y no "de" en castellano. Comportamental se usa pero no está aceptado por la RAE. Probablemente provenga de traducciones como ésta.

Gracias Adriana. Ya sabía que era tarde, pero si una persona consulta el glosario ve todas las opciones, y creo que es importante dejar constancia si uno cree que tiene algo que aportar :-))
