GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 7.1 Notices. Any notices to be given by either party to the other hereunder shall be in writing and may be given by (i) personal delivery, (ii) first class, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, with return receipt requested, or (iii) telefax or e-mail with printed confirmation of transmission, in each case addressed and transmitted to the parties at their respective addresses and telefax numbers or e-mail addresses appearing on the signature page of this Agreement. Notices delivered personally will be effective upon actual receipt.
Notices mailed will be effective as of five (5) days after mailing, provided a signed return receipt is received by the sender. Notices delivered by telefax will be effective two (2) days after a completed transmission, with a machine printed confirmation of transmission.
Section 7.2 Entire Agreement; Modifications; Waiver. This Agreement, and as to each project, the respective project assignment signed by the parties pursuant hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and therein, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements between the parties with respect to the rendering of services by the Contractor for the Company. No modification or amendment of this Agreement or any project assignment shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party to be bound thereby. No term or provision hereof will be considered waived by the Company, and no breach excused by the Company, unless such waiver or consent is in writing and signed by the Company.
Section 7.3 Severability of Clauses. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of law to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, (i) that provision shall be deemed amended to achieve as nearly as possible the same economic effect as the original provision, and (ii) the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
Artículo 7.1 Notificaciones. Toda notificación que se presente por cualquiera de las partes a la otra en el presente será por escrito y podrá entregarse mediante (i) entrega personal, (ii) correo de primera clase, registrado o certificado, franqueo pagado, con acuse de recibo solicitado, o (iii) telefax o correo electrónico con confirmación impresa de su entrega, en cada caso dirigido o enviado a las partes en sus direcciones correspondientes y números de telefax o correos electrónicos que figuren en la página de firmas de este Acuerdo. Las notificaciones entregadas personalmente tendrán vigencia desde su recepción. Las notificaciones enviadas tendrán vigencia a partir de los cinco (5) días luego del envío suponiendo que el remitente recibió el acuse de recibo. Las notificaciones entregadas mediante telefax entrarán en vigencia a los dos (2) días luego de completar un envío con una confirmación impresa a máquina de la entrega.
Artículo 7.2 Acuerdo íntegro; modificaciones; renuncia Este Acuerdo, y en lo que respecta a cada proyecto, la respectiva asignación del proyecto firmada por las partes conforme al presente constituye el acuerdo íntegro entre las partes con respecto al objeto en el presente y de este último, y sustituye todos los acuerdos orales o escritos previos entre las partes en lo que respeta a la prestación de servicios por el Contratista de la Empresa. Ninguna modificación o enmienda del presente Acuerdo o asignación del proyecto excepto por escrito y firmado por la parte que se vinculará en el presente. Ningún término o disposición se considerará renunciado por la Empresa y ningún incumplimiento se excusará por la Empresa, salvo que tal/dicha renuncia o consentimiento sea por escrito y firmado por la Empresa.
Artículo 7.3 Divisibilidad de las cláusulas En caso de que algún tribunal declare toda disposición del Acuerdo como ilegal, inválida o inaplicable, (i) tal disposición se considerará modificada para lograr en la medida de lo posible el mismo efecto económico que la disposición original, y (ii) la legalidad, validez y aplicabilidad de las disposiciones restantes del presente Acuerdo no se verán afectadas ni perjudicadas por ello.

The study found that on average, parents believe that their child starts to doubt themselves at 5.6 years old.* In fact, 57% of parents worry that their own feelings of self-doubt will impact their child's confidence as they grow. Through existing research, we know that positive affirmations, celebrating achievements, and being a positive role model can help cultivate self-love in young children. Parents are encouraged to model self-love through words and actions, showing their children how to speak kindly about themselves, prioritize self-care openly, embrace their mistakes, and celebrate their achievements to teach children the importance of valuing and respecting themselves. Early positive reinforcement of these practices can impact a child’s long-term mental health and confidence.
