Source text - Russian 2. КАЧЕСТВО ТОВАРА.
2.1. Качество Товара поставляемого по настоящему Договору должно соответствовать требованиям безопасности для жизни и здоровья потребителей, ГОСТам, ТУ, Сертификатам соответствия, и др. требованиям установленных законодательством Республики Казахстан.
2.2. Товар должен быть затарен и/или упакован в соответствии с требованиями государственного стандарта или иных нормативных документов по стандартизации действующих в РК.
2.3. Срок годности Товара в момент его передачи Покупателю должен составлять не менее 34 от общего срока годности.
2.4. В случае поставки Товаров, которые подпадают под действие Закона РК «О разрешениях и уведомлениях», одновременно с подписанием настоящего Договора, Поставщик передает Покупателю копию лицензии на право поставки соответствующего Товара, заверенную своей печатью. В случае окончания срока действия лицензии Поставщик обязан предоставить Покупателю новую лицензию, оформленную в порядке, предусмотренном действующим законодательством РК.
Translation - English 2. QUALITY OF GOODS.
2.1. The quality of the Goods supplied hereunder shall meet the consumer safety and health requirements, state standards, technical specifications, Certificate of conformity and other requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.2. The Goods must be packaged and/or wrapped in accordance with the requirements of national standard or other normative standardization documents existing in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.3. Goods shelf life shall be at least ¾ of the maximum shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer.
2.4. If the Goods to be delivered come within the provisions of Permits and Notifications law, the Supplier, simultaneously with the signing of this Agreement, sends to the Customer a copy of the license for the right to supply corresponding Goods with its seal affixed. In the case of the expiration of the license the Supplier shall provide the Customer with a new license issued in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
