Born in Rio de Janeiro, raised in Toronto, now living in São Paulo, I've
been translating for almost as long as I have known how to write – my
first translation was an assignment I wrote in elementary school. I love
challenging myself to learn new things and re-explain them,
particularly when there are time, length, stylistic, or other
constraints.

I bring together an analytical mind with fluid writing and dedication to
my client. This means I craft sound technical and non-technical
translations that actually make sense, reproducing the author's ideas
faithfully on a case-by-case basis. I have considerable experience with
advertising, public relations, and financial terminology, and a
particular talent in the art of timing subtitles that is supported by my
training in Linguistics.
