We must all thank Arianna Tremayne for organising this London Powwow/Stammtisch. That was an excellent opportunity to network but also tremendous fun.

Report from Arianna Tremayne

Over thirty Prozians met on Saturday, 27th of January, in one of London's most touristic and popular areas for an afternoon of conversations, fun and networking. The 'Slug & Lettuce' provided a good venue and very good service, although it prooved to be a bit small for our large group and towards the evening it became a bit too noisy. So we are still looking for our 'Stammtisch', however, one guest, Dr. Fouad Razek, offered the BBC Lounge on London's Southbank as he works for the BBC. So there is something to look forward to. 
The afternoon provided ample opportunities to get to know each other, speak about experiences, get tips and make new contacts. For many it was their first Powwow. The lovely photos are courtesy of Deborah Moor who attended with Babel Online agency owner Jean-Louis Eveque. At around 7 (I did not look at my watch - it might have been later) we left and six of us went to the Cafe Concerto, a 'Viennese' coffee shop, for some hot chocolate and a cake. Heavenly, to say the least. We had someone take a photo of us which you can see below. A great ending for a lovely afternoon - with, hopefully, many more to come!
