Description: I have translation training and certification, and an electrical engineering degree, but I'm just starting to work as a part time freelancer and I'm finding it awfully hard to get any jobs. I'd appreciate some insight on selling my services and some collaborative work would be great.

Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering / General Engineering / IT would be preferred fields, but of course beggars can't be choosers.
