(iii) represent Grantor before the Central Bank of Brazil and the State Commercial Registries, signing, filing and withdrawing letters, petitions, forms and documents;
(iv) receive service of process in lawsuits in Grantor’s behalf for the sole and exclusive purpose of Article 119 of Law 6.404, of December 15, 1976, as amended;
(v) generally do and perform any lawful act necessary and convenient to comply with the foregoing, as fully as Grantor could do if actually present; and
(vi) delegate in whole or in part the powers herein granted and revoke such delegations.
Grantees shall act exclusively under the limits of the Power of Attorney and they shall not have any administration/management powers with respect to the Company, and thus shall have no power to make decisions on behalf of Grantor as to the management and administration of the Company.
