Source text - English The activation energy for the grain interior conductivity of most samples is similar (0.33 eV) and lower than that of the undoped sample. The lowest activation energy was found for the Al sample (0.28 eV); this result is in agreement with that reported by Aono et al. No correlation between activation energy and ionic radii of the trivalent cations has been found. The Al sample displays the highest conductivity at 250 K (5.5×10–4 Scm^-1) and the lowest activation energy (0.28 eV). In the Ga, Sc, and In samples, in which the cation size increases, the conductivity decreases from 2×10^–4 to 8×10^–6 Scm^-1 and the activation energy remains constant.

Самая низкая энергия активации была обнаружена для образцов Al (0.28 эВ); что согласуется с результатом, опубликованным Aono и др. Никакой корреляции между энергией активации и ионным радиусом трехвалентных катионов не было обнаружено. Source text - Russian Полиоксимы, имеющие в макромолекулах активную оксимную (=N–OH) группу, находят применение в качестве сорбентов для извлечения тяжелых металлов и очистки промышленных сточных вод, при получении иммуногенных синтетических вакцин и антибактериальных агентов, а также как составные компоненты и стабильные комплексы в радиоиммунной диагностике и генной терапии. Полиоксимы (ПОМ) получают двумя способами:
– полимеризацией непредельных оксимов, набор которых крайне ограничен (акролеиноксим, оксим формальдегида, метакролеиноксим);
– реакцией оксимирования полимеров и сополимеров, содержащих кетонную группу.
Настоящая работа посвящена синтезу ПОМ оксимированием чередующихся сополимеров монооксида углерода с виниловыми олефинами, так называемых поликетонов.
Translation - English Polyoximes that have an active oxime (=N–OH) group in macromolecules find application as sorbents for extraction of heavy metals and purification of industrial sewage, in obtaining immunogenic synthetic vaccines and antibacterial agents, and also as constituent components and stable complexes in radioimmune diagnostics and gene therapy. Polyoximes (POM) can be obtained in two ways:
– by polymerization of unsaturated oximes the range of which is extremely limited (acrolein oxime, formaldehyde oxime, methacrolein oxime);
– by oximation of the polymers and copolymers containing ketone group.
This work is devoted to the synthesis of POM by oximation of the alternating copolymers of carbon monoxide with vinyl olefines, so-called polyketones.

Source text - Russian В плоскодонную колбу при перемешивании вносили поочередно 8.0 мл ДМФА, 1.92 г NaOH, 3.34 г NH2OH•HCl. Содержимое колбы интенсивно перемешивали 10 мин при температуре внешней водяной бани 10 °C, а затем еще 40 мин при 50 °C. Реакционная масса при этом представляла собой устойчивую суспензию белого цвета (pH = 9). Затем в колбу вносили 1.45 г поликетона и содержимое колбы интенсивно перемешивали 2–3 ч при 60 °C. После этого реакционную однородную массу (суспензию) выливали в 150 мл холодной дистиллированной воды и перемешивали 30 мин. Затем полученную суспензию фильтровали на воронке Бюхнера. Фильтрат промывали (3 × 50 мл) холодной дистиллированной водой и сушили 5 ч при вакуумировании водоструйным насосом при 45 °C, а потом сутки в эксикаторе над P2O5 при 20 °C
Дли синтеза использовали ДМФА, предварительно осушенный активированными молекулярными ситами 4А и очищенный фракционной перегонкой. Дополнительной очистке не подвергались NaOH "х.ч." и NH2OH•HCl "х.ч.". Поликетоны были синтезированы по известным методикам.
Translation - English DMF (8.0 mL), NaOH (1.92 g) and NH2OH•HCl (3.34 g) were successively stirred into a flat bottomed flask. The mixture was stirred intensively for 10 minutes at the external water bath temperature of 10 °C and then for 40 minutes at 50 °C. The reaction mass was a stable white suspension (pH = 9). Then 1.45 g of polyketone was added and the mixture was stirred intensively for 2–3 hours at 60 °C. After that the homogeneous reaction mass (suspension) was poured into 150 ml of cold distilled water and stirred for 30 minutes. The obtained suspension was filtered using a Buchner funnel. The filtrate was washed (3 × 50 ml) with cold distilled water and dried for 5 hours in vacuum using a water jet pump at 45 °C, and then in a desiccator over P2O5 at 20 °C for one day.
DMF was dried with 4A activated molecular sieves and purified by fractional distillation before use. Chemically pure grade NaOH and NH2OH•HCl were used without additional purification. Polyketones were synthesized according to known procedures.
