Source text - English Can You Get Me the Best Price Available?
Whenever you sell anything, you hope to get the highest price possible for the item. This obviously applies when you sell your house. In many cases your home is the largest investment you have ever made and you hope to get the highest possible return on that investment. For that reason, here are some bits of advice that you will need to help you get “the best price possible.”
Here are the things we believe that you, the seller, need to accomplish this goal.
A COMPETITIVE MARKET ANALYSIS (CMA)
Find a realtor who will share with you the completed sales of houses similar to yours that have taken place in the last 90 days. Your realtor should also give you information about your current competition: homes similar to yours that are now on the market and will be attracting the same purchasers.
AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE SUPPLY & DEMAND THEORY
The price of anything is determined by the supply of that item in relationship to the demand for that item. The direction the value of houses in a marketplace is headed can be determined by this principle. Here is a good guideline:
1-4 months available inventory identifies a sellers’ market with prices probably appreciating
5-6 months available inventory depicts a normal market with stable prices
7 months available inventory identifies a buyers’ market with prices probably depreciating
Your realtor should be able to explain the current supply and demand for homes like yours and help you evaluate how to price your home for a quick sale.
INSIGHTS INTO WHAT MAY IMPACT PRICES IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS
The volatility of a market can often be foreseen by examining the underlying data points that may influence prices in the future. (For example, if an area has a large percentage of homeowners 90 days behind in their mortgage payment, there is a good possibility that foreclosures will begin to increase in the region. An increase in distressed properties usually results in a decrease in home values.) Be sure to
ask your realtor about all of the underlying data points before you put your home on the market.

I am a native Spanish speaker. I was born and raised in Costa Rica. My English learning started since I was a toddler and as a result I have native proficiency in English too. Also, I attended a bilingual school and high school. I decided on studying English in college because languages had always been my passion. I have a B.A in English with a minor in English-Spanish Translation. I also have a Master's Degree in Translation and a second Master's Degree in English Teaching with a minor in Direction and Evaluation of English programs.
I have several qualities that would make me your company's best choice. My education has provided me with a great understanding of not only the English language but also the culture of English speaking countries. I love learning about everything; therefore, I have worked with several different types of documents from various areas. I am committed to excellence and continuous learning.
In addition, I have been exposed to the variants of the language, such as different accents and the variations between UK and US English as well as Latam Spanish (especially for Mexico and Costa Rica) and Spain's Spanish. I have been vastly trained in listening, grammar, composition, pronunciation, and intonation among others.
If you decide to contact me you can expect punctuality, responsibility, and accuracy. I have experience in Machine Translation, Post Edition, and Quality Assurance.
I am available to travel (I have a US visa). I do escort interpreting, that means I can travel with you and interpret (whispering in your ear) during the trip for whatever your needs may be; this service tends to be requested by business people and diplomats but if you are traveling to the area for buying real estate for instance, I'd be happy to assist you with your language needs.
Any question or doubt you may have please do not hesitate and contact me. Please check my resume for information on whom I've worked for and the type of work I've done for them.
Best Regards,
