Hello,

I am faced with a technical problem that won't let Trados Studio 2021 start on my computer. I remember there used to be a live chat service with SDL representatives. Does anyone know where I could find this link? I have purchased support. Thank you!

Update: I used the Knowledge base link that appeared on the error message and I followed the instructions. My problem seems to have been resolved. If this is the case, then the help has been invaluable.
