Couldn't connect Sep 13, 2017

I called the UK number and used the access code. I've been kept waiting for longer than 30 minutes listening to a recorded message saying "the webinar will begin shortly, please hold the line".
Didn't manage to participate to the webinar even though I followed all the instructions.
