Source text - English Defrosting
Remove the mains plug from the wall socket, open the door and remove all the food to a cool place. Defrost using a plastic scraper, or let the temperature rise naturally until the frost melts. Then wipe away the remaining ice and water, after this plug the freezer back into the mains supply.
Note: To avoid damaging the freezing compartment wall, do not use any sharp objects to remove the frost or separate the frozen food.
Cleaning your freezer
Before you start to clean your freezer remove the mains plug from the power supply.
◆ Dusts behind the refrigerator and on the ground shall be timely cleaned to improve the cooling effect and energy saving.
◆ Check the door gasket regularly to make sure there are no debris. Clean the door gasket with a soft cloth dampened with soapy water or diluted detergent.
◆ The interior of the refrigerator should be cleaned regularly to avoid odor.
Translation - Croatian Odmrzavanje
◆ Redovito provjeravajte jesu li brtve vrata čiste.

Source text - English Lunch is trout almondine and arugula salad, washed down with a crisp Riesling. The first glass off wine calms my nerves. The second lets me lower my guard. By the third, when Franny asks me about my job, my personal life, my family, I answer honestly—hate it, still single, parents etired to Boca Raton.
“Everything was delicious,” I say when we finish a dessert of lemon tart so tasty I’m tempted to lick the plate.
“I’m so pleased,” Franny says. “The trout came from Lake Midnight, you know.”
The mention of the lake startles me. Franny notices my surprise andd says,, “We can still think fondly of a place where bad things have occurred. At least, I can. And I do.”
It’s understandable that Franny feels this way in spite of everything that happened. It is, after all, her family’s property. Four thousand acres of wilderness at the southern base of the Adirondacks, all preserved by her grandfather after he spent a lifetime deforesting land five times that size.

Bogate, prirodne boje. Nevjerojatna dubina, kontrast i detalji.

Source text - English The second issue regarding algorithmic reading relates to the manner that many algorithms are created. Many algorithms, especially those involved in machine learning (i.e. artificial intelligence), are not programmed directly, and this leads to their opacity. In brief, an initial algorithm is created, which can only be a few lines long and is fully understandable. This algorithm is then applied to a set of data so that the "machine itself" (with various levels of guidance, nor none at all) learns, say, to pick out cat pictures from a randomized set of images. To do this the algorithm creates better and better models of what a cat picture should look like. Then it can apply this model to a new set of data (and try to find the cats in those pictures). The original, human-programmed algorithm could be transparent and open-source, but the models the algorithm creates are "often so complex and opaque that even their designers cannot anticipate how they will behave in many situations"
Croatian to English: Excerpt from the report about state funded advertising General field: Other Detailed field: Journalism
Translation - English Currently, when traditional media are facing serious business problems caused not only by the last economic crisis but also by new technologies that are changing the way media content is consumed, any support for content production based on the journalistic code of ethics is necessary and welcomed. For this reason, transparency of investment of public funds in media is even more important. Clear criteria and effective measures must be the conditions on which transparency is based.
Otherwise, the lack of clear rules and oversight of their implementation poses a risk that state advertising could become a powerful tool for favoring certain media when allocating public funds, which favors censorship in newsrooms and creates uncritical media willing to work in the interests of their "clients". State advertising in selected media outlets can limit political responsibility and stimulate the rise of autocracies, a phenomenon that has hitherto been explored in the neighboring country of Hungary.
