Source text - English How Your Heart Is Threatened
Over time, unhealthy cholesterol levels can narrow or block arteries, limiting blood flow. Plaque (plak), a fatty material made mainly of cholesterol, can form in artery walls. When blocked by plaque, the body parts that are not receiving enough blood can become damaged. This can be especially dangerous to the brain and heart.
How Plaque Causes Trouble
■ Plaque buildup narrows the space inside the artery. When this happens, the artery cannot carry as much blood.
■ Plaque makes arteries stiff. Stiff arteries cannot stretch to allow increased blood flow when it’s needed (for example, during exercise).
■ Plaque can break open, causing blood clots to form on the surface of the plaque. This can cut off blood flow.
■ Small pieces of blood clot can break off from plaque and block smaller arteries.

من الشحوم يتكون معظمها من الكولسترول. وعندما يحدث الانسداد، فإن أجزاء الجسم التي لا
تتلقى ما يكفي من الدم تتعرض للضرر. وقد يكون ذلك خطراً جداً على النخاع والقلب.
كيف يسبب "البلاك" المتاعب
■ إن تراكم "البلاك" يضيق المساحة الموجودة داخل الشريان،
وعندما يحدث ذلك، فلا يمكن للشريان أن ينقل نفس الكمية
من الدم.
■ يسبب "البلاك" تصلباً للشرايين. ولا يمكن للشرايين
المتصلبة أن تتمدد لتسمح بتدفق المزيد من الدم عند
الضرورة )مثلاً، عند ممارسة الرياضة البدنية(.
■ قد يتفكك "البلاك"، مما يسبب تكون التجلطات الدموية على
سطحه. وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى توقف في تدفق الدم.
■ قد تتكسر قطع صغيرة من التجلطات الدموية وتنفصل عن
"البلاك" وتسد الشرايين الأصغر حجماً.

Source text - Arabic . القيود على حقوق المستخدم النهائي. لا يجوز للمستخدم النهائي نسخ أو توزيع أو القيام بأية أعمال مشتقة من البرنامج إلا فيما يلي:
(أ) يجوز نسخ نسخة واحدة من البرنامج على وسائط ممغنطة لتكون نسخة أرشيف احتياطية، شريطة ألا يستخدم المستخدم النهائي هذه النسخة الاحتياطية أو يثبتها على أي جهاز آخر. وتعتبر أية نسخ أخرى ينسخها المستخدم النهائي انتهاكًا لهذه الاتفاقية.
(ب) لا يجوز للمستخدم النهائي استخدام البرنامج أو تعديله أو ترجمته أو إعادة إنتاجه أو التنازل عن حق استخدامه أو نسخه باستثناء ما هو منصوص عليه صراحةً في هذه الاتفاقية.
(ج) لا يجوز للمستخدم النهائي إعادة بيع البرنامج أو ترخيصه من الباطن أو تأجيره أو إقراضه.
(د) لا يجوز عكس هندسة، أو عكس ترجمة، أو تفكيك أو محاولة اكتشاف الشفرة الأصلية للبرنامج (إلا في الحدود التي يُمنع معها هذا القيد من قبل القانون صراحة) أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة قائمة على البرنامج.
(هـ) ما لم يرد بخلافه نص بغير ذلك في هذه الاتفاقية؛ يجب على المستخدم النهائي ألا يعرض أيًا من الملفات الاحتياطية المرفقة بالبرنامج، أو يعدلها، أو يعيد إنتاجها، أو يوزعها . وإذا أجازت هذه الاتفاقية للمستخدم النهائي أن يعرض الملفات الاحتياطية؛ فلا يحق له توزيع الملفات الاحتياطية بشكل فردي؛ أي في الظروف التي تشكل الملفات الاحتياطية فيها القيمة الأساسية للمنتج الجاري توزيعه. يجب على المستخدم النهائي أن يطلع على ملفات "Readme" المرفقة بالملفات الاحتياطية التي يستخدمها للتأكد من الحقوق التي يتمتع بها فيما يتعلق بتلك المواد. لا يجوز استخدام الملفات الاحتياطية في إنتاج مواد القذف أو التشهير أو الاحتيال أو التعدي أو المواد الخادشة للحياء العام أو المواد التي تحتوي على صور إباحية أو بأي شكل آخر غير قانوني. وبناءً عليه لا يجوز تسجيل أو المطالبة بأي حقوق في الملفات الاحتياطية أو أية أعمال مشتقة منها.
(و) يقر المستخدم النهائي ويوافق على استخدام البرنامج بطريقة تتوافق مع القوانين الواجبة التطبيق في نطاق الاختصاص القضائي الذي يستخدم البرنامج فيه، شاملة على سبيل المثال لا الحصر؛ القيود المعمول بها والواجبة التطبيق والمتعلقة بحقوق النشر وحقوق الملكية الفكرية الأخرى.
Translation - English 3. LIMITATIONS ON END-USER RIGHTS. You may not copy, distribute, or make derivative works of the Software except as follows:
(a) You may make one copy of the Software on magnetic media as an archival backup copy, provided Your archival backup copy is not installed or used on any computer. Any other copies You make of the Software are in violation of this Agreement.
(b) You may not use, modify, translate, reproduce, or transfer the right to use the Software or copy the Software except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
(c) You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software.

In the event that the Documentation allows You to display the Stock Files, You shall not distribute the Stock Files on a stand-alone basis, i.e., in circumstances in which the Stock Files constitute the primary value of the product being distributed. You should review the "Readme" files associated with the Stock Files that You use to ascertain what rights You have with respect to such materials. Stock Files may not be used in the production of libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, lewd, obscene, or pornographic material or in any otherwise illegal manner. You may not register or claim any rights in the Stock Files or derivative works thereof.
