I have also been working as a LANGUAGE TEACHER for over 16 years, teaching Brazilian Portuguese and English at language schools or as a private tutor (in person and online, via Skype).
I have also recently started an MA program in Educational Studies at the University of British Columbia (2015 - 2017), with a research interest in anti-oppressive education, gender and sexuality, and global education.

Since February 2010 I have been offering TRANSLATION and INTERPRETING services in Canada.
Also, I have been working as a Brazilian Portuguese and Culture INSTRUCTOR, teaching students in person here in Vancouver as well as online for those living in other parts of Canada and in other countries.
I have also worked in the past few years as a Coordinator of Translation Projects for some clients through a vast network of fellow translators who work with me offering services in many other languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Punjabi, Hindi, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, German).
