I am graduated in the branch of Wood and Fibre Materials Technology in the section of Chemical Engineering at the Technological University of Dresden, Germany. I also have three post-grades of prestigious universities of Latino America. Thesis of Master of Science degree: "Mathematical Model for the computerized handling of chip boards presses". I worked two years in Gotha, Germany in a 180 cubic meters chip board plant, that is the field where I have my greater initial experience. In the 15 years back in Honduras, I have made my greater experience in agroindustry, design and development of wood products (part of it is the dominion of AutoCAD) and in Lean Production for the wood industry. I have visited the international furniture shows of High Point (NC) and Hannover, Germany; where I have studied the international trade of furniture. One of my more outstanding positions has been as Plant Manager of the furniture exporting company Artesanos, S.A., where principles of Lean Production were applied. Thanks to it I have gained reputation in that subject and have been contracted by the Central American Economic Integration Bank and World Bank for consultancies in other wood industries of Honduras, the Dominican Republic and Panama. In my professional experience at Zamorano University I have developed excellent skills in superior education teaching. Aside from Spanish, my mother tongue, I also speak fluently German and English.
