Le plus couramment, il fait appel à une seule et même essence : on parle alors de lamelle « homogène ». Mais il existe des poutres en bois lamelle « panaché », constituées d'un noyau central homogène, renforcé sur l'extrados et l'intrados par des lames de classe de résistance mécanique supérieure. Quelle que soit sa composition, une poutre en bois lamelle peut offrir différentes textures, autorisant une véritable diversité du rendu. Depuis les produits issus directement des sciages sans aucune opération complémentaire jusqu'aux produits les plus policés, la gamme des surfaces est vaste. Les possibilités de formes pour les éléments en bois lamelle sont infinies. Les sections des poutres peuvent être rectangulaires, circulaires, et même, dans une version intermédiaire, changer d'un bout à l'autre de la poutre (passer du carré au rond par exemple). Il est à noter cependant que, eu égard aux pertes engendrées, les formes les plus simples (section rectangulaire) sont aussi les plus économi¬ques. Source text - French Que deviennent les déchets des 27 pays de l'Union européenne ? En Europe, chaque personne produit en moyenne 517 kg de déchets municipaux par an et cette production ne cesse de croître. Environ 50 % des déchets ménagers sont valorisés sous forme matière (recyclage, compostage, méthanisation) ou sous forme énergétique (production d'électricité et/ou de chaleur) par traitement thermique. Les déchets restants finissent en décharge. Un constat : les États membres qui ont le plus efficacement réduit leur dépendance aux décharges l'ont fait en combi¬nant l'utilisation de l'ensemble des procédés disponibles. Le tableau ci-dessous montre que ce sont les pays dans lesquels les niveaux de recyclage sont les plus élevés qui ont les plus hauts ratios d'incinération et les taux de mise en décharge les plus faibles. Il s'agit, comme on peut le constater, de pays à forte culture écologique. Les déchets qui ne peuvent être réutilisés ou recyclés consti¬tuent en effet une énergie alternative qui se substitue aux énergies fossiles. Ainsi, en France, les 130 unités de valori¬sation énergétique des déchets en service assurent une production annuelle d'énergie de 3,34 milliards de kWh (3,34 TWh) sous forme d'électricité et de 9,44 milliards de kWh (9,44 T Wh) sous forme de chaleur ', ce qui correspond à 1,9 million de tep (tonnes équivalent pétrole) d'énergie primaire économisée. La France est ainsi première en Europe pour la production d'énergie primaire à partir de déchets urbains solides renouvelables en 2004 et 2005. Les techniques existantes de valorisation énergétique et de traitement des effluents gazeux liquides et solides ont des effets négligeables sur l'environnement et la santé, comme en témoignent les nombreuses études d'impact et les études sanitaires sur ce sujet. Pourquoi se priver de cette richesse dans un contexte de raréfaction des ressources naturelles et d'augmentation continue du coût des énergies ? Он требовал создания новых видов техники, овладения новыми технологиями, вложения крупных капиталов. Даже для стран, имевших для введения плавки металлов на каменном угле все необходимые материальные условия (Англия, Франция, Германия, США), перевод металлургии с древесноугольного топлива на каменноугольное оказался сложной задачей, занял значительный промежуток времени – от нескольких десятилетий (40-65) до ста лет. При переходе к форсированной индустриализации был практически воплощён в жизнь проект Урало-Кузбасса - создания на Востоке страны мощной угольно-металлургической базы, основанной на соединении уральской железной руды с сибирским каменным углем. Построенные в годы первых пятилеток металлургические заводы-гиганты – Магнитогорский, Челябинский ферросплавов и другие, а также реконструированные крупные заводы полностью переводились на минеральное топливо. В 1940 г. удельный вес древесного топлива в общем балансе уральской металлургии составлял 6%. Грандиозная исторически задача по переводу уральской металлургии с древесного топлива на минеральное топливо была осуществлена в исторически короткий срок - всего за полтора десятилетия. Même pour les pays ayant toutes les conditions matérielles nécessaires pour organiser la fonte des métaux avec la houille comme combustible (Angleterre, France, Allemagne, Etats-Unis), la transition du charbon de bois au combustible minéral dans le secteur métallurgique s’est avérée difficile et a pris beaucoup de temps : de quelques décennies (40-65 ans) à cent ans. Le passage à l’industrialisation forcée permet la formation à l’Est du pays, d’une puissante région houillère et métallurgique, celle de l’Oural-Kouzbass (projet Oural-Kouzbass), grâce à l’utilisation combinée du minerai de fer de l’Oural et de la houille de Sibérie.
