I hardly understand the Hebrew in this on. But if I should "guess" than:
sample's bequeath (?- not sure I understood the Hebrew) and quality results modification from which the packaged batches are organized, won't be performed.
I am only trying to give inspiration. As I said the Hebrew is also very vague to me.

I guess that if to continue along the lines of my previous answer than:
sample's bequeath and quality results modification from centrelizing batch to packaged batches, won't be performed.
I thought that ממנה meant from her...
But I'm partly guessing in here as the meaning in Hebrew is not quite clear to me.
